Aawaz Communications is owned and managed by Kathryn Hollingsworth and Prafula Shah. The team comprises mature professionals from creative backgrounds at agencies, in-house and journalism.
The agency and its people also regularly work with consultants and specialist writers, and associate companies who provide photography, design, exhibitions, a/v, fulfillment, and broadcast training services.
Prafula Shah CIPR, joint managing director
Over 16 years of in-house and consultancy PR experience. Has expertise in local authority communications, public sector communications issues and business to consumer PR. Strengths are media management, strategic counsel, and reputation management.
Kathryn Hollingsworth CIPR, joint managing director
More than 20 years experience in communications, public affairs and corporate PR. Has a background in publishing, a degree in design and skills in video production, event and exhibitions management. Strengths are creative problem-solving and managing large multi-faceted campaigns.

More than 20 years experience in advertising with specialist knowledge of media planning and media buying. Has a background in financial and corporate advertising and managing audits for large multi-nationals.
